Debora S. VanBemden is a Florida Registered Paralegal working primarily in the areas of Estate and Trust Administration and Real Estate. She was born in Evanston, Illinois, and attended Robert Morris Business College in Chicago, Illinois, while obtaining her Legal Assistant Certification from Roosevelt University, Arlington Heights Campus. Mrs. VanBemden has been a loyal employee with the firm for over 14 years.

A. Edward Bound, Jr., Esq.

A. Edward Bound, Jr., Esq. is Of Counsel Attorney to the firm. Mr. Bound was born in Farmingdale, New Jersey. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Florida. Mr. Bound earned his J.D. from George Washington University. Mr. Bound served as the Vice-President and as a Trust Officer for AmSouth Bank. Mr. Bound is experienced in estate and trust administration and insurance law.

Darla Lake

Darla M. Lake

Darla M. Lake is a Legal Assistant in the areas of Estate Administration, Civil Litigation, Wills and Trusts. She was born in Garden City, Michigan, enlisted in the Air Force and was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant in 1987. She earned a Bachelors of Science at Madonna University in its Legal Assistant program. Before starting work for Gregory G. Gay, P.A., in 2008, she worked in all aspects of Real Estate, Civil Litigation and Wills and Trusts.

Gregory P. Lanford

Gregory P. Lanford is a Legal Assistant in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Real Estate. He was born in Dunedin, Florida, and raised in New Port Richey, Florida. Mr. Lanford attended the Florida State University where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Applied Economics and a minor in Business.

William D. Repper, Jr.

William D. Repper, Jr., serves the firm as a consultant regarding the administration of trusts and the settlement of estates with 35 years of trust and banking experience. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida, and earned a Bachelors of Science from Jacksonville University. Mr. Repper has worked for several local banks.

Mary H. Mosley is a Legal Assistant in the areas of Guardianship, Wills, Trusts and Medicaid. She was born in Chicago, Illinois. Before starting work for Gregory G. Gay, P.A., in 2003, Mrs. Mosley served as a Professional Guardian in the state of Florida.
