Gregory G. Gay, Esq.
Mr. Gay was born in Tarpon Springs, Florida in 1948. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1973, and is Board Certified in Wills, Trusts & Estates and Elder Law by the Florida Bar. He has also been designated a Certified Advanced Practitioner by the National Elder Law Foundation.
Mr. Gay is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is past President of the North Suncoast Estate Planning Council, past President of the Tampa Bay Planned Giving Council, past President of the New Port Richey Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow. In addition, Mr. Gay served as President of the West Pasco Bar Association from 1981-1982. He currently serves as President of the Florida Lawyer Legal Insurance Association.
Mr. Gay received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Juris Doctor from Florida State University. He earned a Master of Science Degree in Financial Services from The American College in 1983 and a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1998.
Mr. Gay is the author of the Florida Senior Legal Guide, 2nd Edition. He is married to the former Julia Juanita Stokes of Miami, Florida. They have two adult children.
Audrey Gay Ehrhardt, Esq.
Audrey Gay Ehrhardt was born in Dunedin, Florida. She attended Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Archaeology and History. In 2004, she earned her Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar.
In law school, Audrey Gay Ehrhardt was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Mock Trial Team. She now resides in New Port Richey with her husband Robert, and is a member of the West Pasco Bar Association; past President of the West Pasco Young Lawyers Division; the Florida Bar; the North Suncoast Estate Planning Council; the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; the Nature Coast Estate Planning Council; and the New Port Richey Rotary Club.
Robert L. Ehrhardt, Esq.
Robert L. Ehrhardt was born in Tallahassee, Florida. He attended Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina, where he earned a B.A. in History in 2000. In 2004, he earned a Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005.
In law school, Robert L. Ehrhardt was a member of Phi Delta Phi and wrote for the Environmental and Land Use Journal. After moving to New Port Richey with his wife, Audrey, Mr. Ehrhardt was employed for three years as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in the Pasco County Office. He is currently a member of the West Pasco Bar Association; the West Pasco Bar Association Young Lawyers Division; the West Pasco Bar Association Trial Lawyers Division; the Florida Bar; and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
